Shipping
Shipping fee of each order will be charged according to the total weight and your destination; it will be calculated on the checkout page. Miparts.com aims to ship out your order within 10 business days after the confirmation of your payment. Each order will be checked seriously and packaged well before the shipment. After shipped out, we will notify you about the tracking no., tracking website, and delivery time by email within 12 hours.

Without special request about shipment, we will send the order in ordinary way. At present, we support express delivery, e.g. DHL, FedEx, TNT, ZCE, EMS, and China Express. Some items such as control arm crankshaft which are very heavy will be sent by sea.
If you are an importer or wholesaler, we suggest you to order bulk quantity and then shipment can be made via the ocean so tons of cost can be saved instead of courier charge.

If you need the parts urgently, please email us for requesting the faster way. Usually, if the shipment you selected was made by express way, it will be arrived in 5-14 days while 30-45 days by sea.

Returns
We have confidence in our automotive parts. All goods are selected carefully by us, and there will be no bad parts sold from us.

If you are not satisfied with the part for quality, type or other objective reasons, you can return the unused parts for an exchange, or refund within 3 business days of receipt. Please note that all parts must be in their original condition.

If you need to return the part, please email us your order No., name, email address, and the part No. you want to return along with a clear explanation. After confirmed your request, we will email you the return address. Please note that you are responsible for providing an available Tracking No. and the safety of the returned package.

After received your package, we will notify you within 1 business day. For exchange, the new order will be sent out within 5 business days; for refund, we will submit the refund request within 5 business day, and it will be back to your card account within 1 month.
